1. Introduction
Welcome to ADHD Services Group. By using our website, booking an assessment, or purchasing any of our digital products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We provide clinically informed ADHD and autism diagnostic services in line with DSM‑5‑TR, ICD‑11, and NICE guidelines. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
2. Our Services
We specialise in:
• ADHD assessments for adults and children
• Autism assessments for adults and children
• Combined ADHD and autism assessments
• Diagnostic reports
• Personalised recommendations and support plans
• Access to ADHD specialist coaches and therapists
• Access to Autistic specialist coaches and therapists
• Culturally responsive adaptations for Black and PoC communities
• Specialist assessments for female presentations of ADHD/autism
• Digital tools, content and psychometric tests
All assessments are delivered by qualified clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
3. Booking & Payment
• Prices are as displayed on our website or agreed in writing.
• Payment is required in full before the assessment date, unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation within 14 days of booking is refundable unless work has already commenced
• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing; charges may apply.
4. Professional Standards & Boundaries
• Our assessments follow best‑practice frameworks but do not replace urgent medical care.
• We cannot guarantee third‑party acceptance of reports (e.g. schools, employers, NHS, HSE).
• Crisis situations must be directed to emergency services or your GP.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and all relevant healthcare privacy laws.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, assessment materials, and diagnostic reports remain the intellectual property of ADHD Services Group. No reproduction or distribution is permitted without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from our services. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in these courts.
