Paying for your assessment

Payment plans can be arranged. Ask us.

If paying the full fee in one go is not workable, we can spread it over 2 to 3 monthly instalments. Tell us on your free call or send us an email and we will set it up.

Claiming with your health insurer

We give you an itemised receipt for your assessment so that you can put in a claim. It shows the practitioner's name, their professional registration, the date of the appointment and the service provided, which is what insurers usually ask for.

Pricing questions

How much does a private ADHD assessment cost?

An adult ADHD assessment is £500. An adult autism assessment is £750. A combined ADHD and autism (AuDHD) assessment is £1,000. That is the full fee. It covers the clinical interview, your written diagnostic report and a follow-up call, and it includes a free pre-assessment evaluation.

Why is your assessment cheaper than most private clinics?

Because of what we built, not what we left out. Our pre-assessment evaluation is extensive and thorough. We built our own proprietary technology, which is AI-assisted, and it frees our clinicians' time so they can focus on the more human tasks. We pass the savings on to you, because we know an assessment is the start of your journey.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Payment plans can be arranged over 2 to 3 monthly instalments. Ask us on your free call or by email and we will set one up for you. This is arranged by hand, so there is no instalment option to click at checkout. We agree the amounts and the dates with you and send you a secure payment link for each one. Your assessment goes ahead as normal, and your written report is released once the final instalment has been paid.

Can I claim an ADHD or autism assessment back on my health insurance?

We give you an itemised receipt for your assessment so you can make a claim. It shows the practitioner's name, their professional registration, the date of the appointment and the service provided, which is what insurers usually ask for. Whether you get any of it back depends on your own policy. Some policies cover part of an outpatient assessment and some cover none of it.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book directly with us, with no GP referral required. Appointments are online by video, anywhere in Ireland, the UK and Northern Ireland.

How long until I get my report?

You get your written diagnostic report within one week of your last appointment, and a follow-up call to go through it with you.

Is the report accepted by the NHS?

Our reports are written in line with NICE guidance, so your GP and other services can use them. Whether a GP agrees to shared care is their decision. Every assessment is carried out by a clinician registered with CORU, PSI or the IMC.

What is included in the price?

Every booking includes a free pre-assessment evaluation, a structured clinical interview with a registered clinician, your detailed written diagnostic report within one week of your last appointment, a personalised management plan and a follow-up call. Every assessment is carried out by our assistant psychologists, who are registered with the Psychological Society of Ireland, and you meet our consultant psychiatrist for your assessment and feedback appointment.

Strengths-based, neuroaffirming and evidence-led.
