Background
Background is the information gathered about a person before or during an assessment, such as developmental history, school reports, family history and previous diagnoses or treatment.
Bipolar disorder
Bipolar disorder is a mood condition with distinct episodes of depression and episodes of mania or hypomania, separated by periods when mood returns to the person's usual level.
Blood pressure
Blood pressure is the force of blood against the walls of the arteries, recorded as two numbers: the pressure when the heart beats and the pressure between beats.
